1 package active dry yeast ( 1 Tablespoon)
1 1/3 cups warm water
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
5 to 5 1/2 cups flour

FILLING:
3 Tablespoons prepared mustard
12 slices cheese slices of your choice
12 slices salami
1 1/2 pounds ground beef, browned and drained
1/2 pound thinly sliced cooked ham
4 cups (16 )ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
vegetable oil
oregano to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water in a large bowl. Add oil, salt and flour. Turn out on a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic, about 10 minutes. Place in a greased bowl. turning once to grease top. Cover and let rise in a warm place until double size,about 45 minutes. Divide dough in half; roll one half into 15 x12 inch rectangle. Spread half of rectangle with half of the mustard. Over the mustard layer 6 slices of cheese and salami and half the beef, ham and mozzarella cheese. Fold plain half of dough over the filling and seal ends well. Brush with oil and sprinkle with oregano. Repeat with other half of dough and remaining filling ingredients. Bake at 400º F. for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool before cutting into 1 inch slices. Freezes well, just thaw and heat in microwave.
