8 scrubbed beets
1 gal. water
1 1/2 c. raisins
1/2 cake fresh yeast
Juice of a orange and lemon
6 c. sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Cook beets in water until done.
Strain and cool juice.
Mix all remaining ingredients into crock.
Let stand for 10 days.
Strain.
Pour into bottles.
Do not cork tight.
