1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 onion, finely chopped
2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp. dry sherry
16 egg roll wrappers
1 egg, lightly beaten
Salad oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the ground beef and onion, add seasoning ingredients and heat through. Cut egg roll wrappers in to 3 equal strips. Fold strip like a flag and fill with meat mixture, brush last fold or so with egg to seal. Fry in 400º oil (about 1/4inch deep) in electric skillet until lightly browned on both sides. These freeze well! Just reheat in 400º oven for 8-10 minutes when thawed.
