3 Cups Scaled Milk
3/4 Cup Shortening
3/4 Cup Brown or White Sugar
3 Teaspoon Salt
Combine above ingredients and let cool

5 Tablespoons Yeast dissolved in 2/3 Cup warm water
5 Cups White Flour
4 Cups Whole Wheat Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Add 3 cups white flour to cooled mixture and then yeast, eggs, whole wheat four, and remaining white flour. Knead dough and place in warm place rise (double in size). Punch dough down and then form into rolls. And place buttered pan. Allow to raise a second time and bake at 350º for about 20 minutes.
