3 Beaten Eggs
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Milk
4 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
2 Tablespoons Melted Butter
4 Cups Shifted Flour
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingrediants and chill dough. Roll dough to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut donuts out and drop into hot oil (350º). Fry until light brown. Place on paper towels to absorb grease. Sugar, glaze or frost as desired.
