Salad:
2 packages fresh baby spinach
1 pound cracked bacon
4 chopped hard boiled eggs
2 cans sliced water chestnuts
Fresh mushrooms

Dressing:
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/3 cup catsup
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup salad oil
1 teaspoon Worcestershire
2 teaspoons salt
Cut green onions to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Clean and dry spinach; add bacon, eggs, water chestnuts and sliced fresh mushrooms. Just before serving lightly toss dressing over salad. Serve remaining dressing separately.
