5 pounds beef round steak, cut into cubes
3 cans of cream of mushroom soups
1 can of water
Sherry
onion
2 pints sour cream
1 can whole mushrooms
wide noodles
caraway seed
butter

Directions:
Directions:
Dredge beef in flour and brown in a large skillet. Add cream of mushroom soup, water and a splash of sherry. Put an onion in the mixture and remove when done. Cook until the meat is tender. Just before serving add sour cream and canned mushrooms. Serve over noodles tossed with butter and caraway seed.
