Directions:
Directions:
Mix milk ,eggs, and a dash of salt together. Add enough flour to make a runny pancake batter.( You will need 1 egg for each cup of milk.). Heat a frying pan,add a scant amount of oil and add enough batter to just cover the bottom of the frying pan. I prefer to use a cast iron frying pan but any will do. Serve with cooked cranberries or other fruit and cream or syrup. You can also fry breakfast sausages and roll them up in the pancake and drizzle them with syrup. I like Rogers syrup for these pancakes.
