1 1/2 C soften butter
1 1/4 C sugar
1 1/4 C packed br sugar
1 T vanilla
2 eggs
4 C all purpose flour
2 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
1 bag (4 C) chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350º.
2 In large mixing bowl, beat butter, sugars, vanilla and eggs on medium speed until light and fluffy. Stir in flour, baking soda and salt. Dough will be stiff. Stir in chocolat chips.
3. On ungreased cookie sheet, drop by 1/4 C ice cream scoop about 2 inches apart.
4. Bake 11 mins or until light brown (centers will be soft). Cool 1-2 mins on pan and then remove to wire rack.
