Donuts:
1 pkg yeast
3/4 C sugar
1/4 C warm water
6 eggs, room temp.
1/4 C melted butter
1 1/2 C milk, room temp.
1/2 C half and half
6 C flour

Powder Sugar Glaze:
1 C pwdr sugar
3 T milk

Chocolate Glaze:
1/4 C cocoa
1 C pwdr sugar
4-5 T milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine 1st 4 ingred with paddle attachment til pale yellow.
2. Add next 3 ingreds with dough hook on slow and add flour 1 C at a time
3. Let rise 1 1/2 hours. Roll out 1/4" and cut doughnut. Let rise again 1/2 hour.
4. Fry and dip in glaze of choice.
