32 oz bag of hash browns
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 C grated cheddar cheese
1/4 C butter
1 C sour cream
1 T onion powder


Topping: 2 T butter
3/4 C crushed corn flakes.

Directions:
Directions:
Place potatoes in 9x13 pan. Set aside. In a sauce pan, mix soup, cheese, sour cream, onion and 1/4 C butter together over med head until smooth. Pour over potatoes, cover and let stand 2 hours or over night in the refigerator. Melt 2T butter and combine with corn flakes and sprinkle over the casserole and bake uncovered at 350º for 45-60 mins.
