1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup brown sugar
4 to 6 boneless skinless chicken breast

Arrange chicken on cookie sheet. Combine other ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover with foil and seal. Bake for 1 hour at 350 F
Also great for porkchops.
