2 chicken breasts
1 or 2 celery stalks sliced thin diagonally
1 onion,sliced thin
1 bunch of andBok choy (or swiss chard) chopped
1 cup chicken broth
1 Tablespoon sugar
salt to taste
1 Tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 1/4 cup cold water
Chow mein noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken into thin slices. Put 2 Tablespoons oil in a wok or large frying pan and cook the chicken.Sprinkle lightly with salt, add the celery and onions and cook until just tender. Add the bok choy or swiss chard and cook until wilted. Add chicken broth then the cornstarch mixture to thicken. Add the chow mein noodles, stir gently and serve.
