1 stick margarine
12 oz pkg chocolate chips
10 1/2 oz pkg miniature colored marshmallows
1 cup finely chopped nuts
flaked coconut (it will take most of a pkg.)
Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate chips and margarine in double boiler. (Can use microwave.) Cool. Add marshmallows and nuts. Sprinkle coconut on cookie sheet and pour mixture over this. Form into rolls and cover with coconut. Refrigerate until hardened. Slice and serve.

It's easier to deal with about 1 /4 of the mixture at a time when pouring it out on the coconut to make the roll.
Colored marshmallows easier to find at Christmas time.
