1/2 c. canned jalapeņos, chopped
1/3 c. jalapeņo juice from can
1/3 c. port wine
1/3 c. soy sauce
2 T. tequila
2 lb. skirt steak
4 onions, cut in half
Flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients and then add the steak. Marinate overnight in refrigerator. Grill onions and meat to desired doneness. Slice up meat across the grain in thin strips. Coarsely chop onions. Serve with grated cheese, sour cream, avocado, and salsa. You can also slice up beef and stir fry in a pan, but I would slice the meat and then put in marinade.

This is a recipe Barak found. It is a different way to do fajitas and the canned jalapeņos add a great flavor.
