1 c whole wheat flour
2 1/4 tsp yeast
1 1/2 tsp sugar
3/4 tsp salt
2/3 cup very warm water
3 tbsp olive oil
3/4 - 1 1/4 c white flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine whole wheat flour, yeast, sugar and salt. Add water and oil. Mix for 1 minute, add white flour as needed.

Sprinkle flour on counter, Roll out dough to size. To prevent sticking, spray pizza pan before placing dough in pan. Top with your favourite sauce and toppings.

Bake in a preheated 425º oven for approximately 12-15 minutes or until done.

For fluffier crust allow dough to rise once before rolling out dough.
