1 1/4 c.onion, chopped
3 1/2 c. celery, chopped
4 tbsp. margarine
1 1/2 recipes of corn bread (recipe using 1 c. cornmeal)
4 c. biscuit crumbs
2 slices bread
8 crackers
1 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt
2 qts. chicken/turkey broth

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and celery in margarine until clear. Crumble together corn bread, biscuit crumbs, bread, and crackers. Add sage, pepper, and salt. Add onions, celery, and broth to bread mixture; mix thoroughly. It should be the consistency of thick batter. Bake at 350-375 degrees F until crusty and brown.
