36 banana peppers, chopped fine
1 qt. white vinegar, 1 cup reserved
1 qt. mustard
1 T. salt
6 C. sugar
1 1/2 C. flour
1 C. water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour and water with 1 cup vinegar. Bring peppers, vinegar, mustard, salt and sugar to a boil. Add flour mixture and cook 5 minutes. Spoon hot relish into jars and let seal. Serve with crackers, pretzels, on hamburgers or hot dogs.
