1 kg de polvilho azedo
4 ovos
5 batatas médias
1 copo de óleo vegetal
1/2 kg de queijo parmezão ralado
Leite e sal a gosto

Directions:
Cozinhe as batatas e amasse como se fosse um purê.

Coloque em uma tijela o polvilho, o purê de batata, os ovos, o óleo vegetal e por último o queijo. Amasse bem e vá adcionando o leite até que a massa fique homogênea e soltando da mão. Adicione o sal a gosto.

Faça bolas com 4 cm de diâmetro e disponha em um tabuleiro forrado com papel alumínio anti-aderente (ou forma anti-aderente), deixando espaço entre elas parao crescimento dos pães.

Aqueça o forno em 210 ºC e asse os pães por 20-25 minutos.

Sirva logo após retirar do forno, colocando os pães em uma cesta forrada com toalhas de papel.
