1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp. vanilla or lemon
2 eggs
1 cup milk
2 tsp. baking powder
2 cups flour

Mix as all butter cakes.
Directions:

Bake this cake in a sheet tray until golden. Cut in squares. Sift small amount of icing sugar on top of each piece and then cover with few slices of banana.
