Ingredients:  
2 pounds salmon steaks. ( you can also use halibut or any other solid flesh fish )
1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing mixed with 1/4 teaspoon lemon dilly seasoning
2 Tablespoons chopped onions
Salt and pepper
Juice of 1 lemon or 2 Tablespoons bottled lemon juice
1/4 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice and onion, set aside. Place fish in shallow baking pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Dot with butter. Spread mayonnaise mixture over fish and bake in oven for 10 to 15 minutes at 375º F . or until fish is done. Sprinkle with parsley and serve .
