2 cans Green Giant Shoe Peg Corn, drained
2 tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup purple onion, chopped
1 cucumber, peeled, seeded, and chopped

1/2 cup sour cream
4 T. Mayo
2 T. white vinegar
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp.dry mustard
1/2 tsp.black pepper
2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine corn, tomatoes, bell pepper, onion, and cucumber in bowl. Mix together sour cream, mayo, white vinegar, celery seed, dry mustard, black pepper and salt in separate bowl and add to corn mixture.




Note: Cherry tomatoes, quartered, can be used. I use about 6-8.
