2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup butter
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding (OR use chocolate for double chocolate cookies)
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
12 oz. semi sweet chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts (opt)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour and soda, set aside. In another bowl, combine butter, sugars, vanilla and pudding mix, beat until creamy, add eggs. Gradually add flour mixture, beat until combined. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Baked on ungreased cookie sheet at 370 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
