1 lb. Ground round beef
1 lb. ground sausage
1/2 cup minced onion
3/4 cup fine bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. Minced parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp.
1 Tbsp. Worchester sauce
1 egg
1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Shape into balls the size of a walnut. Brown in 1/4 cup of hot oil. Remove meat balls, mix flour, 1 tsp. paprika, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/8 tsp pepper, and stir into fat. Add 2 cups boiling water, blend well until sauce is smooth, add 3/4 cup cultured sour cream and blend again. Return meat to gravy.
Bake for 30 mins. at 350º
