2- 20 oz cans green beans
2 medium onions, cut into rings
2-20 oz cans yellow beans
1 large green pepper cut in strips
1-15 oz can red kidney beans (drained and rinsed)


Dressing:
1 c white vinegar
1 c white sugar
1 c salad oil
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix beans, onions and green pepper in a large bowl.

Mix dressing ingredients in a jar with a tight fitting lid and shake. Pour over bean mixture and refrigerate for one day.

(For more variety substitute baby carrots, lima beans or chick peas for the green beans)
