1/4 cup all purpose white flour
1 1/2 - 2 cups chicken broth
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet on medium-high heat brown flour by stirring continually. Once browned, set aside until cooled. When cool, in the same pan, whisk two cups of broth into the flour and then return to a medium-high heat. Whisk in salt and pepper and simmer until brown and gravy-like consistency. Add additional broth, as necessary, if gravy is too thick. Taste and add additional salt if needed.
