2 eggs
1 cup water
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs, water, salt, and flour. Beat until smooth. Add more flour if necessary. In a large pan boil 2-3 quarts water. Place 1/3 of dough on a small wet chopping board. With a sharp knife, cut thin strips one at a time, dropping into water. Dumplings are done when they float. Remove and rinse with hot water. Serve with meat and gravy.
