1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
3/4 cup sugar
2 Tbs. flour
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup chopped raw apples

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 F.
Beat vanilla, egg, and sugar together.
Sift and mix together flour, baking powder and salt.
Add to egg mixture.
Add chopped nuts and apples.
Stir all together and pour into 8 inch greased baking pan.
Bake 35 minutes or less.
Serve hot or cold with whipped cream or ice cream.
