1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (16 ounces) diced tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
2 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried marjoram
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained or 1/2 cup fresh mushrooms
2 eggs
2 cups cream-style cottage cheese
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, divided
2 tbsp parsley flakes
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
8 ounces uncooked lasagna noodles, cooked, rinsed & drained
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
3 cups Mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook meat, onions and garlic in large skillet until meat is brown, drain fat.
Add tomatoes with juice, paste, basil and marjoram. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring often. Stir in mushrooms & set aside.
Beat eggs in large bowl & add cottage cheese, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt & pepper. Mix well.
Place 1/2 noodles in bottom of greased 9x13 pan. Spread 1/2 of cheese mixture over noodles, 1/2 meat mixture and 1/2 of cheddar & mozzarella cheeses. Repeat layers. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.
Bake in 375º oven for 40-45 minutes or until bubbly.
Let stand 10 minutes & serve.
