1 Large can Pumpkin
8 oz soft cream cheese
1 cup confectionery sugar





Directions:

Mix all ingredients in a mixer so that they are softened and their our no lumps.

Hollow out a small pumpkin and line with plastic wrap. Fill the pumpkin with the pumpkin dip and serve with thin ginger snaps…..(best ones to use are Anna’s Ginger Snaps), can be purchased at xmas tree shop or sometimes Ocean state Job lot.
