12 oz lean ground turkey ( 93% fat free ground turkey)
1.5 TBSP Olive Oil
1 can diced tomatoes and green chilies
1 onion, peeled and chopped
½ -1 green pepper, chopped
2 medium zucchini, cubed
2-3 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp basil
2 tsp oregano
½-1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet, add in onion and green pepper, until soft
2. Add turkey and brown
3. Add tomatoes and seasonings. Simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes.
4. Add zucchini and cook for 5-10 minutes more. Serve while hot.
Can put on top of leafy greens, brown rice, or whole wheat spaghetti
