Ingredients:
2-4 cups flour
1-3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 - 1 tsp. salt
2 cups water (may vary)
1-2 cups vegetable oil
2 cups granulated sugar
1/3 cup cinnamon
1/4 cup powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the flour, salt, baking powder and water to form your dough (may need more water if dough is too dry). Preheat oil to medium-high. Start kneading dough until softened. Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon in a dish large enough to fit the bread. Make numerous dough balls then roll them out so they are flat. Poke a hole in the middle of the flattened dough then add it to the oil. Fry until bottom side is golden brown then flip it over and repeat. When both sides are done, place it in the sugar/cinnamon mixture. Be sure to cover the bread completely in this mixture. Sprinkle powdered sugar over the top. Now you can eat them!
