1 lb Unsalted Butter (whip until creamy white)
1 Cup Sugar
3 Egg Yolks (set aside whites)
1 Pkg Vanilla Sugar
2 Tbls Cognac/Metaxa
5 Cups Cake Flour
2 Cups Sesame Seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Whip butter until creamy white and then add sugar. Beat well. Add one egg yolk at a time. Mix well then add the vanilla sugar and cognac until light and fluffy. Add flour gradually to make soft dough.

Heat oven to 350⁰ F. Roll dough in 2 inch cylinders. Dip dough in egg whites and then roll in sesame seeds until well covered. Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool cookies on rack.
