4 medium potatoes, washed and sliced thin
1 small onion sliced thin
4 Tablespoons butter, melted
salt
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
2 cups cornflakes, crushed to make 1 cup crumbs



Directions:
Directions:
Put potatoes in a bowl and pour the butter over top and mix well. Put the potatoes in a large shallow baking dish. Sprinkle lightly with salt. Bake at 375º F for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese. Top with crushed cornflakes and sprinkle with paprika. Return to oven and bake 25 to 30 minutes longer or until potatoes are tender.
