Ingredients:  
6-8 Cups Lettuce, torn into bite-sized pieces
1 Cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
2 11 oz. cans of drained Mandarin Oranges
3 Tablespoons of Chopped Green Onion or 1/2 Sweet White Onion sliced thinly into rings
1 Pkg Slice Almonds Crystallized (on low heat cook almonds, sugar and touch of water until sugar melts and covers almonds)

Dressing
3/4 Teaspoon Grated Orange Peel
1/2 Teaspoon Grated Lemon Peel
1/3 Cup Orange Juice Concentrate
1/2 Cup Salad Oil
2 and 1/2 Tablespoons Sugar
2 Tablespoons of Red Wine Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
Dash of Pepper and 1/4 Teaspoon Salt.

Mix Salad Ingredients together and top with dressing just before serving.
