1 pkg dry yeast
1/2 c warm water
1 T sugar
1/2 c flour
7 c flour
1 1/2 t salt
1/2 c melted shortening
1/2 c sugar
2 c warm water

Directions:
Directions:
mix first 4 ingredients; let rise 1/2 hour. mix remaining ingredients. add to yeast mixture. knead until elastic. let rise for 1/2 hour. make into rolls, let rise, then bake at 350. ***dough can be kept in refridgerator for several days***
