4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup milk
2 egg whites
salt & pepper
Crushed Cornflakes

Directions:
Directions:
Mix milk, egg whites and salt and pepper in bowl until combined. Coat chicken breasts in milk mixture then roll in the crushed Cornflakes.

Place in baking dish and bake at 425º for 20 minutes or until done.
