1 c shortening
1 1/2 c sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 c flour
2 tsp cream of tarter
1 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Mix shortening, sugar & eggs. Stir in flour, cream of tarter, soda & salt. Mix well. Roll into balls about the size of a nickel and roll into a mixture of cinnamon & sugar. Bake at 350º til light brown.
