1 6 oz box apricot jello
2 cups hot water
1 1/2 cup cold water
1 to 2 cans crushed pineapple drained
save juice
2 large bananas sliced
2 cups minature marshmellows

Topping
1/2 cup pinapple juice
3/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp flour
1 egg beaten
8 oz cream cheese
1 pkg cool whip
nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix apricot jello according to pkg. directions. Chill until slightly thick. Then add crushed pineapple drained, save juice. Add sliced bananas and marshmallows chill until thick. Topping: add pinapple juice, sugar, flour and egg. Cook until thick. Add 8 oz cream cheese while it's hot, so it will disolve. Cool and then spread over jello. Spread cool whip over topping, sprinkle nuts over cool whip.
