1 large head Nappa cabbage
8 green onions
red onions, chopped
1 pkg Ramen soup mix
1/2 cp slivered almonds
1/2 cp sesame seeds
1/2 cp oil
1/2 cp sugar
1/4 cp cider vinegar
1 tbsp soya sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Chop onions. Add Ramen soup noodles (crunched up). Discard flavour packet. Add sesame seeds. Brown this mixture in the oven at 325 degrees for 10-15 mins.
In a small sauce pan, mix oil, sugar, vinegar and soya sauce. Heat until sugar dissolves.
Shred cabbage (not too fine), discarding the tough parts.
Add all 3 things together just before serving.
Can be made a day ahead as long as the 3 items are kept separate.
