2 Cups Flour
1 Egg
1 Cup Shortening
1 1/2 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt
1 1/2 tsp Vinegar
1/4 Cup Water

Directions:
Directions:
Using pastry fork, blend together flour, shortening, sugar and salt. Set aside
Mix together vinegar, egg and water, combine with flour mixture, stir together and form into a ball
Chill for 15 minutes before rolling into crusts
Ball may be kept in refrigerator for up to 3 days
