5 - 6 med. potatoes
1/2 large pkg of cream cheese
1/2 c sour cream
butter
1 Tblsp dried onion bits
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic salt
Directions:
Directions:
Boil whole potatoes. Peel and mash dry. Add cream cheese and sour cream. Add enough butter to make creamy. Add onions, salt and garlic salt. Put in casserole dish and dot with lots of butter. Cover and let set in refrigerator 24 hrs. Bake uncovered in 350º oven until hot through.
