Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
Shredded Chicken (about 10 chicken tenders)
4-5 cups cooked rice
1 cup Celery (about 3 stalks)
1/2 onion
2 T Lemon Juice
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cups Foods Mayonnaise (or cream of celery soup)
Salt, pepper (if desired)

Topping: 2 T melted butter with crushed corn flakes.
Alternate topping: French fried onion

Directions:
Directions:
Stir all this together in bowl and put in a 9X13 pan.
Top with corn flakes or onions.

Bake at 350 for 30 min.
