1 lb, salmon fillets
1/4 cup margarine
1/4 cup maple syrup
4 tsp. dijon mustard
1 tsp. soya sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 F
Arrange salmon in 8 inch baking dish.
Melt margarine. Stir in maple syrup, mustard and soya.
Pour over salmon and bake until salmon flakes with fork, about 12 mins.
Serve hot with extra sauce and rice.
