1/2 cup butter-flavored shortening
1/2 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup peanut butter chips
1 cup white chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cream together the butter, shortening, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Add the vanilla and the eggs one at a time.
In a separate bowl whisk together the flour, soda, baking powder, salt, and cocoa powder. Add flour mixture to the butter mixture to combine and then mix in the chips.
Using a cookie scoop, drop onto an ungreased or parchment-lined cookie sheet. Bake for about 8-10 minutes. Allow to cool for about 5 minutes and then transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely.
