2/3 c. Crisco
1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 T. water
1 t. vanilla
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 t. baking soda
1/3 c. cocoa
1/2 t. salt
1 12-oz. pkg. chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Combine Crisco, brown sugar, water and vanilla in large bowl. Beat at medium speed with electric mixer. Add eggs and mix. Combine dry ingredients and mix into creamed mixture. Add chocolate chips. Drop onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 6 minutes at 375º. Do not overbake. Leave set on cookie sheet for 2 minutes before removing from sheet.
