3 lb. potatoes
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup celery chopped
4 hard boiled eggs
Dill pickle or sweet pickle, chopped
Approx. 1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup coleslaw dressing
salt and pepper

Peel and cook the potatoes. Coarsely mashed. Add chopped celery and onions
Mash the eggs and add to potatoes.Add mayonnaise and stir in the pickles of choice.Season with salt and pepper and serve.
