1 onion - chopped
1/2 lb hamburger meat
1 can rotel
1 can hominy
8 oz salsa
2 cans white shoe peg corn
1 can pinto beans
1 large can kidney beans
1 c. water

Tortilla chips
Mexican shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in pan
Add hamburger meat and drain. Return to pan.
Add rotel, hominy, salsa, corn, pinto and kidney beans, and water.
Bring all ingredients to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes.
Serve with chips and cheese.
