4 oz. pkg. Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese
1 lb. pkg. Ricotta cheese
ground beef
˝ pkg. lasagna noodles
spaghetti sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Boil lasagna noodles according to directions on package. Brown 1 lb. or more of ground beef. Drain off fat. Add 1quart jar of spaghetti sauce. Add a little water. Put layer of meat and spaghetti sauce, layer noodles on top. Spread ricotta cheese, then sprinkle with shredded Mozzarella cheese. Then, another layer of meat and sauce. Continue until all is used. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Bake at 250 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Let cool for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
