1 lb. precooked smoked meat: turkey/oxtail/pork shank (your choice)
1 bag kale greens (16 oz.)
1 bag collard greens (16 oz.)
1 bag turnip greens (16 oz.)
3 tsps. pepper
1 white onion, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 jalapeņo, minced
12 cups water (4 cups per bag of greens)

Directions:
Remove tough stem and ribs from leaves and rinse the leaves in cold water. Pat dry using paper towels. Heat water to a rolling boil in a large pot, then add the turnip, kale and collard greens. (If you do not have a large pot, place greens in layers, cover pot, allowing them to shrink before adding the next). Add meat and seasonings. Simmer on medium-low for about 1 hr and 30 min or until it is tender and to your taste.
